Christy Lam, DDS

Dr. Christy Lam was born in Saigon, Vietnam and immigrated to the US with her family in 1980. They obtained their citizenship not long after and established their home in the Los Angeles area.

After matriculating to USC in 1990 she focused her interest in the fields of science and mathematics. She was accepted into the undergraduate division of the USC School of Business and attained her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Finance in 1994 and 1995, respectively.

Christy attended Northwestern University Dental School in Chicago. She made the decision to specialize after treating the children of migrant farm workers in Boulder, Colorado, and received her specialty degree in Pediatric Dentistry from USC.

Dr. Lam is settling into her new home in Poway with her husband, Dr. Al Lin, a local practicing Oral Surgeon. She enjoys playing golf and preparing Vietnamese Cuisine.
