Financial Information
With the many options available to our patients, financial considerations do not have to be an obstacle to pursuing orthodontic treatment. The cost of treatment will vary, depending on the severity of the problem and length of treatment required. Our financial coordinator assist you in utilizing your dental benefit and will work out a plan suited to your individual needs (
- Payment in full:
- Cash or check for payment in full when treatment begins. A 5% cash discount will be applied to the patient portion
- In Office Financing:
- Financial arrangements may be made in which a down payment is made when treatment begins and monthly payments over the duration of treatment. The monthly payments are made via a coupon system, with no finance charge as long as the payments are made on time each month.
- Automatic debit/credit card:
- This can be arranged with the financial coordinator. A down payment is due at the first appointment, then monthly payments will be debited from your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover) automatically each month, with your written authorization.
- Citicard (out of office financing):
- This option is popular with those who wish to have extended term financing of dental and orthodontic care. Our financial coordinator will be happy to assist you with the application/approval process should you prefer this option.
